Jointly by the Department of Intellectual Properties, Ministry of Commerce, Tourism Authority of Thailand, Pattaya City in collaboration with Elite Entertainment, hosting the first ever Creative Electronic Music and Dance Festival – Zoom Pattaya Festival on the 26th and 27th of November 2010 in Bali Hai Pier City.
